The Niiyo

The Niiyo is a residential development located in Dzorwulu, a vibrant residential quarter centrally located in Accra, Ghana. It is a cluster of 3 separate blocks consisting of 32 apartments (including 3 duplex penthouses) with basement car parking available for up to 46 vehicles. The area of Dzorwulu is a prominent area, a five-minute drive from Accra Mall and the Airport. Each apartment can be linked by generous airy passages served by centralised stair and lift core.

The façades are articulated by sun-shading devices designated to various requirements for shade, privacy and protection from overlooking, the strong sunlight and to provide views to a neighbouring golf course and across Accra. The arrangements of the blocks and apartments allow for maximum cross ventilation to occur. The landscaping has been sensitively designed to demarcate public and private spaces and to also allow the residents on the ground level to feel a sense of privacy away from the public areas. There is also an in house gymnasium and pool for the residents to enjoy in the Accra sun.
