Formerly a site containing a large family house, planning permission was acquired to demolish the existing house and erect a new development of eight apartments, including communal gardens and a sunken terrace serving the basement apartments.

Lift access takes you up to the top floor where the two apartments give their residents fantastic views across Purley and London.
