We were appointed to develop a high-level concept development concept for a proposed 10-acre site located at East Cantonments, Ghana.

Our main intention through the master plan was to create a distinctive, mixed-use development with quality design, layout and thoughtful aesthetics. At the heart of our approach was our intention to create unique and sustainable spaces for residents to live, work, create and relax.

The environmental context was very important in our design considerations. Through the efficient use of land, reduction of visual and other environmental impacts, and use of extensive landscaping to create inviting green spaces.

Architectural Character

1. Simple modern architectural treatment with clean lines.

2. Relaxing architectural features in key locations and corners to create a sense of place and context.

3. To make a statement - we aspire to create benchmarks for design, layout, sustainability, functionality and urban living.
